Very pleased with Dr. Meng, her excellent staff team, the services provided, and especially the timely follow up. Highly recommend.
Dr. Meng is very caring. She properly explained the sleep issue and provided steps to improve my dad's sleep apnea issues.
Through out my experience with Joy Meng, I felt like she did not take me or my pain seriously due to me being young. She misdiagnosed me with restless leg syndrome. I went to a different neurologist and was correctly diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy. If she wasn't so dismissive to younger patients, I could have received proper treatment earlier and not have to go through months more of debilitating pain.
Disappointing experience. I have been having ringing in my ears, lightheadedness, headaches, etc. so I made an appointment with Dr. Meng and waited months to get in. Finally went there and she pretty much said I am fine and that is it. Nothing was done besides a quick conversation. Nothing was even checked on me besides my weight. Parking is a mess and the building was so old and gross. Now I get a bill for $300.. what a waste of time and money.
