Dr. Joy Lee is an exceptional doctor. She is patient, communicates complex medical information with clarity and ease, and has a wonderful “chairside” manner. It was my first appointment with her and I was highly anxious about discussing my blood work results, but she handled the consultation with professionalism and care. I left feeling like I had a solid plan and hopeful I can improve my health. I hope she stays at Kaiser for a long time. I could tell she’s in it to truly help people.
