Video visit completed on a Saturday. Not empathetic, did not review my history, and not helpful. Not given any suggestions other than pepto bismol and increased medications my GI had prescribed. It’s also rediculous that Novant does not have an option for iv fluids at an urgent care for someone with a lingering GI virus. Going to the ER for this is a gross misuse of resources and extremely expensive! Duke does provide this service! Novant needs to do better!!!
