Bought hearing aids in 2021. They did not fit and I replaced them. Hard trouble hearing with them. Replaced them again (all from same manufacturer.) This last order was put in 3rd week of December, I heard nothing back. The 3rd week of January I called for update. They called me back stating hearing aids were never ordered as manufacturer was confused as to what I wanted. Audiologist was not there and asked to wait or rebook at another time. Seems like a fly by night operation.
