FRANK REALLY went above and beyond with the repair of my lawnmower! He repaired like new and runs much better than it has in the last couple of years. He’s honest with his pricing and did an amazing job! I have already recommended him to family! Any repairs to small engine go and see Frank!
Little Hidden Gem of a repair shop. It is so hard to locate a place that can fix equipment without fleecing you but this is one of those places. I brought in a tired 15+ year old Tecumseh SnowBlower that I thought was through. Frank told me it was a work horse that just needed a little work. Unfortunately still didn't work when I got it back. Frank made a house-call, picked it up and delivered it back home when he finished tweaking it. Now runs like new. Have plans to bring my 30+ Honda Lawnmower to him this spring.
Drive to the back of unit; for service/repairs. Frank will always give you an expert answer about your yard machine, if it can be repaired & the cost. Sometimes parts are no longer available or the cost outweighs the value of the machine. This is a shop with Value and Honesty, he does good-work that keeps machines running season-to-season. Respects customers, I feel comfortable referring friends and neighbors to go there.
The Owner here is a one man show. He diagnoses problem and can cost the repair quickly, honest about the facts if machine should be fixed or 'laid-to-rest' due to its age. Appreciate the time he spent explaining why break down occurred, and how to prevent it from happening again. This shop does both residential home machines and commercial equipment.
