Better than most in Newark Decent food and definitely one of the the better Chinese places in Newark. Too bad they don't deliver.
It is hard to find good Roast Pork with Bean Sprouts. Joy Garden has the best I have had in Delaware. The service is good, and the prices are reasonable.
Joy Garden Good for a Quick Bite Joy Garden in Suburban Plaza is a good place to stop for a quick bite while you are out shopping with your family. Their menu has the usual Chinese offerings as well as some completely vegetarian dishes if you prefer more vegetables.
Great service The staff at the Joy Garden are friendly and fast! The food is good and consistent. The prices are reasonable. In fact the combo plates are quite a good deal.
