Stopped by with my partner after lunch—needed a little something to brighten up the house. The shop’s not huge, but they pack in a good variety. Lots of classics like roses and lilies, plus a few interesting seasonal picks. The lady working there gave us space to browse but stepped in when we had questions, which I appreciated. We ended up with a medium-sized mixed bouquet—good balance of colours, and the greenery added a nice touch. I recently ordered birthday flowers and was really happy with how they turned out. Rachel was super kind and managed to put together a beautiful bunch on short notice. Her friendly service and quick response made the whole experience great. Highly recommend!
Ordered a beautiful medium sized bouquet for a graduation and I couldn't be happier with the results. Amazing customer service from Angela and her mother who are the only 2 that run the store. Will definitely recommend Joy Florist and will be back whenever I have another order.
I recently ordered flowers online for my mother’s birthday and opted for the largest option at $140. What arrived was a basic arrangement, nothing like the image. Would have been better going to Woolies! Find yourself a better florist than using this place. There was no joy with this purchase!
