Joy and Kevin are great to work with. They did a beautiful job my floor came out beautiful. I wish I knew how to post before and after pics of the floor they came out great. Go with the Dark Chestnut stain, it's beautiful. Thanks again Kev and Joy.0
Wonderful work could not be happier
Joy Floors did a fabulous job installing flooring (manufactured plank) in my basement. The subfloor is uneven, but you wouldn't know it after the installation of the plank. Kevin was very nice and friendly to deal with, and his guys did a great job.
The two workers did an amazing job. Where to begin. My floors were in rough shape from glue residue left behind after ripping up old linoleum tiles. Joy floors gave the best and most competitive quote. They arrived on time each day and worked very efficiently. Two coats of poly and the pine floor looks phenomenal. Thank you again for the great job. The photos are before and after.
0 stars! I am completely shocked at these 5 star reviews. I have never done business with a company as unprofessional as them. I had a quote scheduled between 11-12. They didn't show up and didn't call until after 2 when my contractor had already left. They scheduled my service for today 8-830. No snow and no call! I called at 9:15 giving a little extra time.
