Dr. Paik has a great personality and has made sure I’m comfortable each time I have come in. The front office staff is also very nice and welcoming.
Best dentist office I've ever been too and I've been to several in my lifetime, they treat you like your their only patient and they actually listen to you.
Joy Family Dental made my trip to the dentist a pleasing experience. They explained in detail all the steps they took to evaluate my teeth. It put my mind at ease by understand what and why they needed to examine. They laid out a treatment plan that I fully understood what needed to be done to improve my dental health. They also emphasized the importance of regularly cleaning my teeth after the deep cleaning they will be doing.
I have terrible dental anxiety, and they were so good with helping me manage that. All the staff and Dr. Montroy are so kind and very supportive and calming. Very grateful they made my appointments so much easier than I expected. Highly recommend them!
