Joy Earls is an incredible real estate agent. Her life experience, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. I've worked with Joy on several home purchases as well as home sales and she is the most competent, resourceful, honest and effective agent that I have ever used. She has helped me through some difficult transactions and she has kept a level head and a sense of humor throughout. I highly recommend her!
Joy Earls was the worst. When she did the contract she made it for over 8 months instead of the usual 6. She not once showed it to a client of her own. Always clients from other agencies. At one point it had been over 50 days with no contact from her. On closing day Leland told us the money wasn't there! WHAT!!! We should have dropped the deal but our move was set. Money came 4 days later. Very disgusting. I would never recommend her.
Leland and Joy have helped us buy two houses and also sell one. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them for any real estate needs.
