Dr Joy has a wonderful bedside manner and is very patient and listens to questions. However she told me my child had a grade 3 heart murmur, so I took her to the cardiologist. The cardiologist said that Dr Joy was wrong and confirmed she didn’t hear my daughters heart correctly. When going back to Dr Joy a month later, she AGAIN said that she heard a heart murmur.
