Joy is aptly named. She is a Joy to work with. She really takes the time to get to know you and gets insight as to your needs, and your tastes. Additionally, and I really think this a plus, she will point out things that may become problematic, or may not accommodate your personal situation. That indicates to me that she really cares that you are happy and comfortable in your new home.
