I made a purchase on 11/28 and have yet to receive it. I emailed the company and got a reply back saying they were going to send out a replacement order. I asked for a tracking number on the new order and I get an email saying that she was going to check on the original order and let me know the status but why did she tell me this in the initial email. If I could give a zero I would! I purchased 2 necklaces. It has been a month and I still haven’t received them! I have sent too many emails, not even a reply! I sent a message on instagram, no reply! The worse part? The necklace was for my 11 yrs old daughter that follows coach Rac! They have created the shipping label, but it has changed ever since it was created! It shows created but not shipped! Unacceptable! At least a reply with an update it would have been fine!

I’m adjusting my review a third time because I had given a necklace as a gift, and the chain broke the very next day. I was obviously disappointed and a little embarrassed, but I reached out to the company and they replaced the item without issue and even upgraded the thickness of the chain. The communication is still a little wonky and inconsistent, and delays do still exist, but they do want to do the right thing by their customers.
