I had an excellent experience with Sonya. Highly recommend visiting this office — the care is phenomenal. Even though the schedule was fully booked, Sonya went out of her way to get me seen the same day because I was in pain. From the beginning, Sonya was extremely professional, polite, and attentive. Dr. James was a very good dentist. He was professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Sonya is very knowledgeable with insurance and is always kind and helpful to people. The staff provided great customer service, and I had a positive experience overall
I don’t usually leave reviews a lot. However I am usually very nervous about the dentist, for most people the sounds and feelings can be overwhelming. The staff at Joy Dental really made me feel very comfortable and were gentle. Everyone took their time with me, explaining what they were going to do and making sure I was okay. Joy Dental the people are very kind and nice, My hygienist Dawn is very professional, she is very gentle and thorough, I have been with her over 15 years, I could fall asleep while she clean my teeth because she is very gentle and skillful. She is also very kind and thoughtful, she would never rush and hurt me, she did a wonderful job. I am glad that she is my hygienist! I am so lucky!!! Very lucky!!!!!!!
