Nice semi annual cleaning, today. Been with Joy over 25 years. Many of my fsmily members also go to Joy.
I went in to get measured for a MAD. They were very helpful and had great technology to measure me for fitting the device. I was in and out very quickly and the doctor was extremely helpful.
Excellent visit from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and organized. I was able to book my appointment online easily and they followed up right away. I was also able to fill out forms ahead of time and upload my insurance information to save time before my visit. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Bruppacher as a new patient. I was quite surprised and disappointed when a different doctor was sent to my room without any prior notification or explanation. This lack of communication was unprofessional and made for a confusing and unhelpful experience.
I thought I already left a review for Joy Dental while looking up the website but apparently didn't and absolutely have to. Dr. Joy, and literally every single other staff member is nothing less than phenomenal. Her and her staff saved me from some less than pleasant dental work with a clear treatment plan, gentle guidance and fixed everything up quickly and perfectly.
