I absolutely love working with Joy Signature Homes! They are so organized and detailed, and the care they put into each home really shows. Their finished homes are absolutely gorgeous, inside and out! I also love how they celebrate their buyers and genuinely share in the excitement of seeing them get into their new home. You can tell they truly care about their work and the families they build for. Such a great builder and team to work with!
I closed on my new home on Friday, March 27. Saturday, my AC was leaking. It’s been a week and my AC is leaking again. Pictures show what it looks like. The filter is extremely dirty and the AC door looks like it was tampered with. The door lock box is still on the door scratching my door and it’s been a week since we closed. According to the agent he only communicated by email.
