I closed on my new home on Friday, March 27. Saturday, my AC was leaking. It’s been a week and my AC is leaking again. Pictures show what it looks like. The filter is extremely dirty and the AC door looks like it was tampered with. The door lock box is still on the door scratching my door and it’s been a week since we closed. According to the agent he only communicated by email.
