Joy was very thorough and careful. She also provided kindness and levity to an otherwise scary time. I appreciated that very much.
Miss Joy was very detailed, very professional very caring. She took time to listen to me and explain to me what was going on. She even called back to double check and make sure that I was OK and that I would follow up with my other doctors regarding as she would follow up with them regarding my liver enzymes which are high to explain to me, but that meant and I understood it very well thank you Miss Joy you are wonderful asset to this company.
