Joy Berge Adams is a pleasure! Before we knew we wanted to buy real estate in our new neighborhood she knew. She could answer all of our questions and explained everything to us in terms we could understand. Joy is a shrewd negotiator and made sure we closed escrow before the date promised. She is patient, kind, and contract savvy. It felt like she was as excited as we were to find a place to call home! If we have the opportunity to buy another home it will be with Joy but until then, I hope you get to work with her too.
