I may be a bit bias because I work here, but this is one of the best agencies that I have worked at. They are totally committed to client care, and work hard at what they do. They have some of the best resources for client's that are experiencing crises, and they work hard to ensure that client's do not return to hospitalization and are able to live their best life! Communication and appointment scheduling. Confirm your appointment or you will have to reschedule. If Joy Behavior Health calls you for an appointment reminder and you are not able to answer their call, you have to return their phone call or you will have to reschedule your appointment. I also want to add that the environment is relaxing and you can get yourself a hot cup of coffee if you would like.
