I purchased a home listed by Joy on March 22, 2022. My broker worked everything out with her brokerage and contracts were signed. I made wire that same day for purcahse of the property. 2 days later someone from her brokerage calls and says the sellers dont want to sell the house and that they have an emotional attachemnt to it. This didnt make sense and we said let them sit on it for a while as we had a contract in place. Then with no response from them we find out that home has been relisted and has a pending sale on it.
