This place is a complete ripoff. I’ve come here for years because they’re in the neighborhood and have decent reviews, but they’ve officially lost my business after this last time. Their prices are consistently astronomical and their work quality is poor. I had a fantastic experience with Joy Automotive Service & Repair. Jesse and his crew were outstanding from start to finish. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Jesse kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated especially since the repair involved dealing with a third-party extended warranty company. I came in for an oil change and asked them to check a possible transmission leak. After diagnosing it, they told me it’s not time to replace it yet and advised me to come back in a month for a re-check. I really appreciated their honesty. I would definitely recommend this auto shop for any car problems or concerns. Sergio was very helpful knowledgeable, transparent, and clear about what needs immediate attention versus what can wait.
