Super professional, top notch service and really instills confidence! We take all our cars to Joy and have always been satisfied. They have even coached my son thru service needs out of state during college! The best!!!!

I had a service done over a year ago, not only was it great service, but this year when I went to sell my car I couldn't find my records. They quickly found them and sent them over to me - so not only good people, but so organized and friendly!!!
The technician found that the intermittent check engine light was due to the hybrid coolant control valve failing. They got the Toyota part and replaced it. They did a thorough inspection of everything, and kept me informed in a timely manner. I will not hesitate to return for all my future service needs for my 2007 Prius!
My car just gave up as I was driving home. Like it was taking its last breath! I had AAA to tow to Joy’s on a friend’s recommendation and that’s here I met the wonderful, incomparable Gasper! Patient, kind, communicative. 10 stars. No notes.
