The owners do not care to give good and fair customer service stating they do want to hire someone just to deal with such problems. They do not understand sometimes that there are circumstances with customers that need dealing with on an individual and sensitive manor. Everyone’s needs are different, to offer good customer service it means to listen and understand and do everything in your power to correct the problem to make sure that they have a wonderful experience and keep returning to your Winery....
