About this business
They are located just 30 minutes North of downtown Kansas City and use green technologies, such as solar power, to make our wine and sheep to control weeds and chickens to reduce insects in our 6-acre sustainable vineyard. We currently make nine award-winning wines in various styles ranging from dry to sweet, and our on-site tasting room is open Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. for free wine tastings. You can also find our wines atmore than 75 local stores in Kansas and Missouri.

I say yes with reservations. I want to like their wine as they are super nice people. It’s a beautiful spot. I love that they do work towards an eco friendly vineyard maintenance program to deal with the dreaded Japanese beetles with chickens (and who doesn’t love fresh eggs when they have them to sell) and the natural mowing of sheep. We really enjoy visting wineries. Jowler Creek is by far our favorite. Everbody is so friendly, they often have enjoyable events and fabulous wine.

We participated in tonight's hayrides. Lovely time, very pleasant family (and animals) and nice facility, festivities and inventive libations. Plan to visit again soon.
