About this business
They are located just 30 minutes North of downtown Kansas City and use green technologies, such as solar power, to make our wine and sheep to control weeds and chickens to reduce insects in our 6-acre sustainable vineyard. We currently make nine award-winning wines in various styles ranging from dry to sweet, and our on-site tasting room is open Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. for free wine tastings. You can also find our wines atmore than 75 local stores in Kansas and Missouri.

We were told in a rather unfriendly way, “Dogs not welcome.” My husband was holding our 12 pounder. No “I’m sorry but” or “The state doesn’t allow” or a simple sign, “no pets”. We stayed with no flight offered. I chose a glass of cab & a cheese/sausage/cracker basket. We tried to enjoy on the patio but with loud music blaring it was difficult to leisurely chat and enjoy.
