We had a disappointing visit this afternoon. The woman rang up our tastings then proceeded to get on her phone and send a text message before finishing our transaction. When pouring our tasting, she would pour a sample and then just walk off without an "excuse me" or an explanation. Five minutes later she would return to pour another sample only to walk off again for another five minutes. This happened with each sample so a tasting of five wines took 25 minutes.
