I had an appointment today but when I arrived, I was informed my appointment was canceled. No call, no text, nothing. I used leave time & this is the second time it's happened. I won't be back. Offices want to charge for no shows but there was no consideration for my time & inconvenience. Beware!
Dr. Jowers was my Physician my entire life until I relocated from Augusta to North Carolina in 2012. He is absolutely the best Family Physician I’ve ever worked with. I wish he had an office in Charlotte.
