Hear me out here. First time to the salon. Went in today to get my hair done and knew my hair was bad but am wanting to correct it the healthy way. Brianna did just that! Did I walk away with my hair done today? Nope. Did I make an appointment for a later date with Brianna to get it properly done absolutely. They listened. They gave their professional opinion and even though my hair was not done today they went above and beyond to make a plan for my future date. :)
Brianna E is amazing!!!! She gave me some great recommendations when I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do but knew I wanted a change. She makes you feel so comfortable and cared for. I recommend her to all of my friends!
I had an absolutely terrible experience at Jovie Salon. The stylist who worked on my hair seemed completely inexperienced and lacked even basic confidence in what she was doing. I came in expecting a simple haircut and left with a result that looked nothing like what I asked for. Throughout the appointment, it felt like she was guessing rather than following a clear plan.
