While the staff was very friendly and accommodating, I did not have the best hair experience. When I went in for the first time, I had a consultation we decided to do a dark root smudge with a honey blonde all over getting rid of my previous Red. This salon is only after money minting Very poor customer service Employees do not help for anything Sorry to say even manager do not return calls Hope they will have good custmer service and some manager who can help

First, let me say that Jess is an absolute goddess! She is so beautiful inside and out! Her positivity just radiates out of her and her patience level is off the charts! Lmao! I came in and tried this salon for the first time, based off of the good reviews, just to get a haircut.
