I have never in my life seen someone disrespect vulnerable people the way Mackenzie in Pocatello Idaho does. Talking about clients on the phone when you're supposed to be helping someone, including talking about their disabilities is shameful.
Obviously do not want to hire someone qualified.
Many, and I mean MANY client cases are not in compliment with the stateregulations. Upper mgmt not concerned to comply with state. Too much of favoritism with upper MGMT. Upper mgmt. not too concerned wit department
