I started therapy with a completely closed mind and honestly didn't expect much. From the beginning, Journeys provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Liz was amazing with scheduling and always made sure we were on the books. Luis was an incredible therapist. They are kind and caring professionals.
I haven't even been to this location yet and it's already a hard NO just based on the person who answers the phone..I give my whole spew about referral yadayada and when I'm done she says I'm sorry I can't hear you..so I hang up and call back..she answers again and I say hi can you hear me..she responds "no I can't hear you"..then how the heck did you answer my question?!?! If the rudeness is this blatant on just a phone call I can only imagine how she is person..we will take our referral elsewhere..
The worst experience with these guys! They are very inconsistent and they are liars! So when I finally get fed up someone named Liz calls me and when I'm trying to tell her my concerns she blocked me by saying we're not gonna keep back and forth. Then after I told her that I was given an appointment with a male therapist at a different location she did not acknowledge ANYTHING that I said!
