Their receipt says you’ve got 365 days to return an item but this store does not take returns. I got chelsea boots here and realized that they were a little too tight and wearing them for a little while (<1hr) , it starts to pinch and get very uncomfortable. I went back to return it 3 days after purchase and the store manager was very rude when I talked to him about this and refused to process a refund or even exchange it for a different size 👎🏾
