My son had Journey care people show me how much they care for their patience. My son has bone cancer. It was willing to help me and comfort my son. There are many places in Chicago that you would not want to take your loved ones too, and I have search places, but this place is clean, no smell together as a team and I really appreciate how much they showed me. Unfortunately I was treated horribly by some of the nurses here while going through the most difficult time of my life, losing my sweet father due to an unexpected medical condition. I had been taking care of my father for 6 months prior to deciding on Hospice. I had let go of a lot of control once we got settled in, but for nightshift nurse Karen, it was not good enough. My mom had Brain Cancer and was referred to Journey Hospice Care at home. We can’t thank them enough for the all the attention, care and support they gave my mom and us. The nurse Mr. Sameer was the best up to our final moment. Karys the cna took good care also of my mom. Thank you from our hearts. God bless you!!!
