Finally a Dr. who cares a staff that is amazing and overall exceptional visit. I was blessed to see the add on Next Door and so glad I made the choice for this office to be my family Doctor. They will see me and my teenage daughter and that makes it easy . So thorough and tentative . Front staff greeted me with smiles and impeccable customer service and professionalism. Worst office ever. Staff are rude. Dr Shani takes days to call back. 2 weeks to report labs that she got back in 24 hours. Dr Shani wants people to come in every 2 months for refills so she can bill your insurance. Normal is 6 Months. Scammers. Unprofessional office staff . You can tell Dr Shani just takes anyone in to handle the phones. The office staff changed frequently. Wonder why ? Dr Shain is a very compassionate doctor that makes you feel like you’re part of a family ( in a good way) oppose to a patient. I’m very anxious when it comes to any doctor but her bedside approach makes you feel at ease. Her staff is just as compassionate as she is, they greet you with a smile and respect. I like that whenever I call or come to the office, they know exactly who I am and that’s awesome. I would recommend this practice above 5 stars if I could. She and the staff are AMAZING
I LOVE my experience here at this facility! The office is decorated so nice & clean! Feels so welcoming and calm. Dr. Shani Nichols-Bates & her staff were extremely supportive, caring, nice, and overall top notch professional! I felt heard when dealing with my concerns and what I wanted for my health plus giving good advice as well. I am so excited for this new journey & highly recommend!
This was my first visit and I can honestly say I feel at home here. The ladies in this office are so sweet and welcoming! Dr Shani listens to your concerns through & through & offers a multitude of options and treatment. The wait time is also less than any doctor I’ve ever been to & that is so impressive!
