From the moment I walked in the front cleark was extremely nice and attentive! Dr. Shani was amazing from start to finish. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Amazing group of people that give off good vibes with excellent customer service.
Dr. Shani will always be my go-to. She's found things my other VA doctor overlooked. She's the best. Are you still located in the same plaza?
Finally a Dr. who cares a staff that is amazing and overall exceptional visit. I was blessed to see the add on Next Door and so glad I made the choice for this office to be my family Doctor. They will see me and my teenage daughter and that makes it easy . So thorough and tentative . Front staff greeted me with smiles and impeccable customer service and professionalism. Worst office ever. Staff are rude. Dr Shani takes days to call back. 2 weeks to report labs that she got back in 24 hours. Dr Shani wants people to come in every 2 months for refills so she can bill your insurance. Normal is 6 Months. Scammers. Unprofessional office staff . You can tell Dr Shani just takes anyone in to handle the phones. The office staff changed frequently. Wonder why ? Dr. Shani Nichols-Bates and her staff were amazing. Dr Shani totally listened to me and took her time to thoroughly exam everything. She did not rush and was very compassionate. I definitely recommend this office for all your medical needs
