Worst office ever. Staff are rude. Dr Shani takes days to call back. 2 weeks to report labs that she got back in 24 hours. Dr Shani wants people to come in every 2 months for refills so she can bill your insurance. Normal is 6 Months. Scammers. Unprofessional office staff . You can tell Dr Shani just takes anyone in to handle the phones. The office staff changed frequently. Wonder why ? Finally a Dr. who cares a staff that is amazing and overall exceptional visit. I was blessed to see the add on Next Door and so glad I made the choice for this office to be my family Doctor. They will see me and my teenage daughter and that makes it easy . So thorough and tentative . Front staff greeted me with smiles and impeccable customer service and professionalism. I am so glad I found Dr. Shani and her staff. They all do amazing work. From the time you walk in the front door. I felt so comfortable and like I was family. The amtosphere is great, friendly staff, great enegery and positive vibes from everyone. If you dont have a primary doctor or looking to switch, Dr. Shani is the doctor to go to for yourself and your family. I promise you will not regret it. To the JourneyCare Family thank you for making my first encounter with you all a great one. Keep up the great work you are doing.
Saw my non verbal autistic son for a bad cough and cold. Was very patient and understanding with him. Called back same day with test results and a treatment plan. Highly recommended!!
Dr Shain is a very compassionate doctor that makes you feel like you’re part of a family ( in a good way) oppose to a patient. I’m very anxious when it comes to any doctor but her bedside approach makes you feel at ease. Her staff is just as compassionate as she is, they greet you with a smile and respect. I like that whenever I call or come to the office, they know exactly who I am and that’s awesome. I would recommend this practice above 5 stars if I could. She and the staff are AMAZING
