We hired journey care to take care of my brother who is suffering from ALS. They did a terrible job. The staff was rude, abrasive and unresponsive. My brother has suffered countless hours and days because of their lack of care. When we signed up they told us the nurse would be at our home within 30 minutes of our calling them.
