Dr. Ciara proved such a welcoming, and supportive space to seek services. She created a space to allow compassion and insight to help me with my anxiety. Her knowledge and ability to guide me through my medication and treatment options were unmatched. Journey to wellness is such a special place that has always made me feel welcome. Bonus points for quick availability and virtual appointments. Cannot recommend them enough!
