The experience at Journey to Wellness has been outstanding. The care and concern the entire staff has for their patients is truly amazing. Having a place like this in Bismarck has been such a blessing. I have tried many traditional medical avenues with little success, but the treatments offered here have been life-altering for me. The staff is incredibly compassionate and puts forth so much effort to create a peaceful, welcoming, and beneficial experience for everyone who walks through the door.
I had made great progress the last few years on my mental health but felt stuck this winter. I was recommended trying ketamine treatments. And I am very thankful my therapist recommended, as it has helped me in many ways. Jackie has been absolutely great to work with, and be around. She really cares and wants to help people. I recommend journey to wellness, and the opportunities they offer! They have helped me get the boat rowing in the right direction again for sure, and cannot thank them enough!
Since beginning my treatment with Jacqueline I have made leaps and bounds of progress in my trauma recovery. After the first treatment I experienced a peace I didn't even know could be felt. I am a healing from my issues not just treating the symptoms of my anxiety/depression. So thankful for this alternative option, my hope is that more people will seek this style of treatment as an option to help heal.
I have loved everything about my experience at Journey to Wellness. I have been doing ketamine infusions for a little over a month now and have had a noticeable difference in both my mental health and chronic pain. Jackie and Brittany are so kind. They make you feel comfortable and safe from beginning to end. I recommend this treatment to anyone considering it!
So glad Journey to Wellness is just a phone call away! I felt nervous the first time and both the receptionist and Jackie put me at ease. They were welcoming and calm. The interview was extensive and I/we decided to try the Exomind first because of my fear the more invasive ketamine infusion. After only two treatments I felt myself back to normal.
