Son was late to his appt due to homeschool, therapist wouldnt connect with him even tho there was time left in the appt timeslot. Then the office canceled our next week appt without notice due to not paying a no-show fee for that appt within 4 business days. Insurance payments easily take 20-30 days! More concerned for $75 and their waitlist than current teens in need. Terrible and shouldn't be in the mental health business.
