Joshua from Journey Stump Services does amazing work.I contafcted a few other places and they chose to ignore me or te ones that showed up talked down to me. Joshua was very easy to talk to . He explained everything he had to do and not once did he talk down to me. I ended up leaving for a trip I had planned but he sent me pics of how things were going. They operate in a very professional and organized manner—and most importantly, they clean up thoroughly after the job is done. The staff are friendly, easy to communicate with, and genuinely eager to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the work. They did an outstanding job on our very large backyard project. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others!
Joshua was providing his services next door to us, I approached him and asked if he could come by when he had time and give me a quote on doing some hedge trimming at my place. He came by, took a look and described what he would do and gave me a quote. He was friendly and professional. After reviewing his quote, we quickly scheduled a date and time. He was prompt and his service was done as described. Cleanup was great and our hedges look fantastic. I recommend his service!
Joshua just left with a reasonable quote to which, I will hire. This man should be a part time professor at an Arborist School! His knowledge and clear explanations of trees and cutting technique was amazing! Especially considering this job is a small one. But I will hire him for future work for sure. He took the time to do an in-person quote and provided us insight on the trees/bushes in our yard and how to take care of them.
