They were a hard to get in touch with at first, but once I texted instead of trying to call, I was able to schedule an appointment with Rori. She has such a sweet personality and was easy to talk to during the appointment. I love my haircut! I had gone a long time without getting a cut due to some bad experiences in the past, but Rori did great and cut it just how I wanted! I will definitely be back!
Left several messages to return my calls to schedule an appointment. No response at all. Called the salon at different times during a typical work day. No one ever answered the phone. Very disappointing.
