Excellent Service! We used Journey Real Estate for well over one year. From the start we were treated with great respect. Alisa and her staff truly value their clients and it shows in every aspect. Any concerns we had with the property were addressed immediately and without any trouble. I was very pleased with the level of service we received. My name is Dorla Patterson and I leased a home from Journey Real Estate in Prescott, Arizona... It was at Sky Terrace.. On move in, I filled out a check list of damage done to the property by prior tenants and submitted it to them. On move out, they are claiming the damage on our checklist was done by us and actually turned the claim of $839.57 over to RDAC for collections.. Although I have proof of our innocence of their claims, I am sight impaired, physically as well as emotionally unable to get it all together in order to... read more
CRIMINALS Extraordinarily BAD. CRIMINAL in fact. The women of Journey are in the process of attempting to steal over $1000 from me as an unreturned security deposit. I left the property immaculate, with NO damage, and super clean. But of course this makes no difference. The fees they list and attempt to levy read like a comedy routine except that it is very unfunny. I've enlisted the aid of community legal services and would encourage anyone else to do the same.
