I have always had an exceptional experience with Journey Psychiatry & Behavioral Health. Even though I had a change in insurance coverage, my appointments with the therapist weren't delayed. Travis Taylor is friendly and efficient, listens to me, and his suggestions are helpful. I feel like I'm in good hands with the practice and Travis.
Was recommended this practice by my primary care physician. Wouldn’t know if the care is good or not because I can’t get an appointment. Constant game of phone tag. Called and left a voicemail after nobody answered. Back and fourth phone tag. Then did the paperwork. Kept playing phone tag. Still haven’t gotten an appointment. I call multiple times. Then leave a message. The one time someone answered they said I couldn’t book an appointment yet.
I have had a 180⁰ degree turn around in my life and it was for the best thing to happen to my life. I have so much more stability in life from Dr.Travis helping me out and finding what works best for me in my daily life. I couldn't imagine life without this help I relieved.
Travis is THE best psychiatrists I have ever had. He extremely knowledgeable in ways that really set him apart from other providers. To my surprise, he helped me uncover numerous physical health issues affecting my mental health. He is VERY good with ADHD too. The practice also has ADHD coaches. Travis is also an integrative psychiatrist, which is a plus; He has training in supplements, not just pharmaceuticals meds.
