JPI did a great job! They were very knowledgeable, fast, and great communicators. We got the sewer scope, radon test, water test, mold test, and drone inspection (roof top). Great price and worth every penny.
Anton and Emily were awesome inspectors, and communicated all issues with the property very clearly. They gave great recommendations for steps to move forward on all the issues they found, and included every detail in the inspection report. 10/10 would recommend!
