We had an amazing experience at Journey Pediatric. Everyone is beyond friendly, kind and understanding. The business office staff is very helpful and easy to communicate with. They were great with our insurance and it was a seamless experience. I would recommend them to anyone!
They only care about rich white families. My daughter loved her therapist here but the office staff dropped us from her 7:15am weekly appointment after missing two sessions when she was hospitalized with influenza A that turned into pneumonia. I have a feeling it was also because I’m currently on Medicaid because I’m looking for work, so they legally can’t charge us $75 for missing an appointment. Rachel and the entire staff at Journey has been wonderful to work with! I am so impressed with the spaces available, the variety and themes are incredible.
