My wife was on Hospice care for about one month. The RN that was assigned to her was very good. But on three different times I need help in the middle of the night and I called the Hot Line with no answer. One time I did get a call back. But the other two times no call back no help at all. The last time I called the hot line my wife had passed and I didn't know what to do.
