I have taken Farzad's Kisado classes at Dell Parmer campus. I thoroughly enjoyed each sessions with so many varieties and different ways of burning calories he came up with. He also advised us to shape our eating habits and living a healthy lifestyles with regular exercises. His charismatic way of teaching the class has been beneficial to one and all. I highly recommend JourneyMA to everyone.
