This company and everyone in it is absolutely awesome. They explained procedures, answered any questions and made the whole process so much easier for the family. Journey hospice was a wonderful company to work with while taking care of my Mom, in her last days. They provided relevant information. They were there when we needed them; even in the night. They were very knowledgeable, had empathy for the situation, and ushered us through the death experience. They respected our beliefs, gave us suggestions, and options for care we didn't know about. I definitely recommend Journey Hospice to other families on this very personal journey.
Choosing hospice care for a loved one is never easy. The journey hospice personal, the nurses, social worker and even the DME provider working with journey, were all very friendly, professional and sympathetic to our situation. Even though I have been a nurse for nearly 30 years, it is nice to know there with be other nurses involved in my Mother's care, to guide me on the right path.
