I just recently bought a house in Forest Meadows that Journey Homes built. I couldn't be happier with the quality and detail that Journey Homes put into the house. The house was built in 2008 and has shown zero signs of poor workmanship as previously stated in their Google reviews. I haven't had one issue with the house and it still has the appearance of a brand new house. Thank you Journey Homes for the excellent house that I call home.

Journey Homes cut corners and do not put out anywhere near a quality product. I am having to replace almost all of my exterior trim, five windows, and carpet after only a few years from the homes build date. Save yourself a headache, stay away from Journey Homes!

I give them 0 stars. Don't waste your time with this company worst company ever. They won't disclose nothing with the land or house. Been living in my house for 8 1/2 years and had nothing but issues. I'm fed up with it and now trying to find a lawyer.

I wish I could give zero stars to this lousy builder but Google forces you to put in something. My home is nearly 6 months old and it's junk. Journey homes is worthless in and of itself but it's employees seem to somehow make it worse. I should have known prior to buying that I should stay away based on the condescending attitude of the salesman Mike while I was looking at the home. I recently purchased a Journey home. The home is four years old and I am the second owner. I needed some information as to who the plumber was because I had a gas leak. I contacted Journey homes and spoke with a Diane Hoffman. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. She told me the records were in storage and she could not access that information.
