Let me start with saying I used to do home remodeling myself but I have back issues now and can not do it. I hired Josh and he was great! He installed my master bath tub and tile surround and honestly did it better than I could of done. Did I mention that I picked an annoying pattern as well and had him place random glass tiles. We have used Journey Home Remodeling several times for jobs both big and small and have been happy with the outcome every time. The fact that we keep engaging for new projects speaks to the quality of work from Josh. Whenever there have been minor issues, Josh has been quick to correct and adjust. We would certainly recommend Journey Home Remodeling to anyone that asked for a contractor recommendation
I don't even know where to begin with this review. I was 5 months into a full home remodel with another company and its suddenly went really bad. The contractor lost all of his good workers and in comes a crew of completely unqualified / unskilled people, who was destroying our home. We had to fire them in the middle of the project and if felt like we were living in a war zone. My wife found Journey Home Remodeling and Josh came over for a visit. Quick to respond and very personable! He was able to answer extra questions about what he was doing and why and made the process of getting our flooring installed less stressful. He took the time to do high-quality work, making sure not to do a half-job or cut corners- (Pun intended) - and made sure the flooring ran seamlessly between rooms. . (I had to take screenshots from a video I had since I couldn't upload the video itself-sorry for the low-res photos!)
Josh was extremely professional on time courteous I would recommend him to any homeowner that needs service.
