Doug was very quick to provide an estimate. When I was unsure about a closing date, Doug told me to take my time deciding and did not pressure me to sign. Doug helped me sell an old home I was in on my time line (14 days). He looked at the house, made me an offer and we settled on a price within 20 minutes. I needed extra time after we closed, and he was gracious enough to accommodate me. I have dealt with other companies that are in the same line of business and I can testify that they would have never been as good to work with as Doug. Anyone looking to sell a property and sell if fast on your timeline Doug is the man to to see. I would recommend to anyone.
