Went to my first in person visit with Ada. It was excellent. First of, the office, the ambiance, the coziness, on another level! The session was not rushed. She listens, she gives tools, she is present and intentional with the conversation. Excited to have her as my therapist!!!

She explains exactly what type of therapy she does, how it will work, and gives clear examples. She helped me with a breathing technique on our first 15min intake appt which helped me breathe almost immediately! She listens with intensity and is quick to make sure she can guide you or provide real answers! So far. Great experience!
