Journey 333 Fitness takes a personalized approach to small group training, this is done by having multiple coaches involved in every class to ensure the best training experience possible! Our workouts are approximately 45 minutes long that take on a multi-faceted approach to health and fitness. Our goal is to make every workout as fun as possible while leading you to look better, live better and feel better.

I love the coaches - they work you and you feel accomplished after the class!
I’m so happy I found such an incredible fitness studio with inspirational positive coaches (Christian and Melissa), challenging & fun classes and following covid-19 safety protocols!! Exercises are modified to your level while still getting the benefit of cardio and strength training. I came in looking for a new studio to workout at that I felt comfortable with during COVID-19. The staff here gave me an in-depth explanation of their sanitization protocol and put my worries to rest. Melissa is the head coach and absolutely incredible, she's so warm and entertaining during the classes! Can't wait to come back!
This gym is 100% worth every sweaty tear. I came in with no experience, but knowing I wanted to feel better. The coaches Melissa and Christian are AMAZING, the studio is sanitized and clean, and the motivation and knowledge I get every single time I go has gotten me to exceed my fitness goals over and over again. I highly recommend this gym for people of all ages, because the community and family you gain in the process of becoming healthier are priceless.
